I pilfered this lovely meme from Laura. I just had to do it! It's hard to condense everything to four, especially in music/novel categories. Here are some random loves that I just can't leave out.

These two are HUGE inspirations for me!

Kristen Stewart

Fav Parts: Martine | The Yellow Handkerchief and Georgia | The Cake Eaters

Why?: Because she takes great risks with the roles she chooses
and does an excellent job! She actually thinks out her roles.
She tends to take a lot of flack just because she's herself,
and I'll always admire the way she lives her life unabashedly!
I adore young actors, especially, who are not trying to be the next eye candy,
or become teeny bopping idols (much to the irony of Twilight). They desire to create
things with meaning and substance.

Robert Pattinson

Fav Parts: Daniel Gayle | The Bad Mother's Handbook, Tyler Hawkins | Remember Me

Why?: I've loved him prior to his Twilight Hype! I adore that he's just a regular guy.
He's shy, he reads books, very humble, and also another actor trying his best not to
fall into the status quo. He tediously thinks out every role, and tries to make sure that
he adds something deeper. I think you can tell that he's not just one of those 'pretty boys'
looking for as much attention as he can get. I can also tell that he's a deep thinker.

Most people agree, or not, depending on whether they love the Twilight Series. But (even being an avid Twi fan), I tend to want to view them outside of this realm. They have tons more to bring than just Edward and Bella, and I look forward to seeing their careers blossom!

Thus, most of my loves. Although, It would take an entire scroll to really list them all!

  1. I love the movie Gladiator. It's always been one of my favorite films.

Although I'm not huge on Coffee, I love the smell of a Coffee Shop and enjoy cold Coffees every now and then.

This was fun to read through! I might do it too but I'm terrible at narrowing things down and making choices.

  2. I love Gilmore Girls! I want to be Lorelai. (: And I love EE Cummings, Sigur Ros, Kate Nash and everything under your Obsessions. haha!

Oh, by the way, you should definitely read some Salinger! Love him. I'd recommend all of his works, really. I'm hoping to do a post about him soon, sort of a profile and a bit of insight into his work, you know? But I think I would recommend starting with Franny and Zooey. That was the first I read and it's a great introduction to the Glass family, who appear in a lot of his short stories. (:

  3. @Jen, Yeah, Gladiator is the all time classic film!!! I'm not as in love with Coffee as I am with Frappuccino's, Iced Mochas, and the shops, themselves :-P. Yeah this meme was totally hard. But they're fun, post wise.

@Casee Marie, its awesome we have a lot of the same obsessions! I had no idea you loved Kate Nash, and she's like one of my all time favs! If I could see her in concert before leaving the UK i'd love it! You know what, I've actually read Franny and Zooey, but I don't remember much of it, and Im not sure I liked it too much when I read it, but love can soar when you don't have to read it for class!
