I'm just a Ghost...

Photobucket

And onwards with my Paramore love affair I go.

I think that "Brand New Eyes,' is very 'muse-filling.' There's something so artistic and lovely about it, from the music, down to the album art.

The picture above was inspired {yeah, Thesanica, I know...love this word!} by the pictureless frames on the backcover of the Album. Pictureless frames are so beautifully haunting. I loved the arangement of the frames, and the mirror in the very center.

So, I thought, why not try for something like this in my own room. I've always wanted to create a creativity room, where I go to write, dream, and do all that warm and fuzzy stuff. One wall would be painted deep sky blue. Blue is my muse color. Along the wall,  I would put up things that start my imagination wheels turning. These pictureless frames are endless windows to a story untold.

I'll probably figure out other creative things to do with them like, put in words, or pictures I've handrawn on the wall. Perhaps objects: figurines, a bow...

What's awesome about this decoration idea is that its CHEAP! Hayley and the guys purchased a great deal of the props used in the album art from their local Goodwill.

Sometime in the future, I'll find a really swanky Goodwill to raid, and when I do, I'll post here!

cheers

"I can't believe we almost hung it up..."

Above is the video I made of our journey to the Paramore Concert on Wednesday. It has clips of Ash and I, goofing off, the intro, the"Misguided Ghost" performance, and some speeches from Hayley!

Now I do warn you that some of the scenes are abrasive as we were all yelling, and extremely poor sound quality. Yeah, blah, blah. Also, there's a scene we're Ash and I are so happy we were closer to the stage than we thought we would be. You can't really tell what we're saying by the footage, because its so dark, and blurry. We were smack dab in the middle!

Nevertheless, it was one of the most awesome experiences of my life! The whole night was adrenaline filled. The only things I didn't like too much were the crowds, the pushing, and the idiots behind us that felt like playing a game of human bumper cars. Also, that one girl who decided it was okay to start smoking in the midst of everyone. We were all crammed together like tuna fish. Ash and I decided we must do another Paramore Concert, just do all that we can to get balcony seats, instead of floor standing.

The moments where I was actually able to see Hayley and the Guys were the greatest moments {as there was this quite gargantuan specimen of a man, with a round head, in front of us, by the time Paramore actually came out.}

We were introduced to two new bands called "The Swellers," and "Paper Route." I took a particular liking to Paper Route. I love their name. There's something quite 'magical,' and spiritual about their sound thats worth experiencing. Plus I heard a lot of their music is about God, which warms my stomach! Quite beautiful music. The sound is a mix between orchestral and electronica {but electronica with skills}. The Swellers were pretty cool too. They seemed like very chill guys. Their like an upgraded version of Boys Like Girls {note: I do love Boys Like Girls, but their new album seems to be a but more commercial, therefore contributing to the idea that they might've sold out a little bit, :)}.

Anyhoo, I hope you enjoy this funny, slapstick video.
