I'm just a Ghost...

Photobucket

And onwards with my Paramore love affair I go.

I think that "Brand New Eyes,' is very 'muse-filling.' There's something so artistic and lovely about it, from the music, down to the album art.

The picture above was inspired {yeah, Thesanica, I know...love this word!} by the pictureless frames on the backcover of the Album. Pictureless frames are so beautifully haunting. I loved the arangement of the frames, and the mirror in the very center.

So, I thought, why not try for something like this in my own room. I've always wanted to create a creativity room, where I go to write, dream, and do all that warm and fuzzy stuff. One wall would be painted deep sky blue. Blue is my muse color. Along the wall,  I would put up things that start my imagination wheels turning. These pictureless frames are endless windows to a story untold.

I'll probably figure out other creative things to do with them like, put in words, or pictures I've handrawn on the wall. Perhaps objects: figurines, a bow...

What's awesome about this decoration idea is that its CHEAP! Hayley and the guys purchased a great deal of the props used in the album art from their local Goodwill.

Sometime in the future, I'll find a really swanky Goodwill to raid, and when I do, I'll post here!

cheers

I 'NEED' This ...

Photobucket
This necklace is my latest dream. I believe its the first I've ever seen like it, and of course, Hayley, one of my fashion inspirations, would've donned this one.

The harsh part: its like she owns the only one of its kind. I have searched all over (the internet at least) to find it. I've purchased an all faux pearl necklace that is similar on etsy.com, but this one has that IT factor. It's such a great mix between edgy/fun, and vintage/classic. Especially the rhinestones or crystals.

So what'll I have to do to get one? Make it myself. I drew myself a makeshift version of it believing it would get my creative juices flowing, but I still have no idea how to even get one started.

Maybe I can find a way to incorporate a beautiful ribbon, some how, as the closure. Once I finally crack this case, it would be beautiful to change up the colors of the rhinestones as well. Like a Marie Antoinette pink version, or a lovely deep purple, or ice blue {as pictured in my makeshift illustration}. Possibilities are endless. Now, lets see if I can get the materials together.

I love being in pseudo-retirement {the time spent between graduating college and starting grad school}. Can't wait to get started!
